Every detail of the interior scheme was carefully considered, from the seamless resin floors running throughout the home to the fully bespoke kitchen complete with a beautifully crafted pantry and utility room, all tailored specifically to the clients’ lifestyle.

The entrance sets the tone immediately — a striking spiral staircase cast in stone, softened by a handmade oak banister that winds elegantly through the space. At its centre sits a sculptural black olive tree, bringing warmth and organic contrast to the architectural lines of the home.

Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, the property also features a private spa and fully equipped gym, creating a true sanctuary overlooking the Welsh coastline.
